Before sterilization, Instruments must be
cleaned and disinfected after their use in therapy. An automatic
and standardized cleaning and disinfection process can reliably
guarantee uniformly outstanding results.
In doctors’ and dentists’ surgeries, cleaning and disinfection
of instruments is often still performed by hand. Instrument
disinfection takes place in a special bath – and not always
observes the required acting time and the prescribed dosage of
disinfectant. The MELAclean® cleaning and
disinfection machine, however eliminates these two possibilities
of carelessness. The automatic and standardized sequence of
cleaning and disinfection assures a high degree of safety. |

MELAclean® offers accessories that are
oriented to the needs of your surgery. Your assistant can place
the instruments quickly and easily into the special baskets.
Cleaning and disinfection (with use of MELAclean®
disinfection cleanser), clear rinse, and drying of the
instruments take place carefully automatically. This saves
working time for your assistant, who then has more time for
other work in the surgery. According to program selection, the
instruments ca be available for use again after only 75 minutes.
The only thing required for installation is a simple
washing-machine water feed and drain.

Melaclean® Accessories
The
standard delivery of the MELAclean® system
includes a basic rack (art.-no. 00130) that can hold trays,
cassettes and/or the MELAclean® washing
baskets.

This product is an aldehyde-free,
cleaning and disinfection agent in powder form. You use a
measuring spoon to fill it into the open lid. After you start
the MELAclean®, cleaning and disinfection take place fully
automatically, thoroughly, and gently for your instruments.
